2008 Spirit of Caring Golf Tournament Sponsor Letter2008 Spirit of Caring Golf TournamentCatholic Community Services PO Box 398 Kent WA 98032 The sixteenth annual Spirit of Caring Golf Tournament to benefit Katherine's House (and related programs and services in South King County) will be held on Monday, August 25th at beautiful Washington National Golf Club in Auburn. This shot gun start, four person team event with a "scramble format" tees off at 12:30 PM. Katherine's House provides transitional housing to homeless, chemically addicted women by supporting their recovery and nurturing their potential. Katherine's House residents become productive and dignified participants in our communities. We invite you to join us in our work in support of these women, either as a valued past sponsor or inspired new sponsor. This year's event will be "Sponsorship Only". After your thoughtful and heartfelt consideration we are asking you to select from the enclosed Sponsorship list an amount that will fit you and your company's budget. If you are a past sponsor, please consider increasing your sponsorship. Your foursome will enjoy a great day of golf and the satisfaction that you and they are part of a group of dedicated staff and volunteers committed to Katherine's House and Catholic Community Service's Mission of "Supporting Recovery ~ Nurturing Potential". The overwhelming support of our 2007 Tournament Sponsors allowed us to give Katherine's House $80,000 in operation capital. We believe with your support that in 2008 we can surpass this amount. If you would like to play as a single player we invite you to check out the early morning "Sunrise Challenge". Do you have questions or need additional information? Please contact Sharon Schaffner at (253) 850- 2507 or at sharons@ccsww.org or visit our website at www.connectionsgolf.org. Sincerely Yours,
The 2008 Spirit of Caring Golf Committee
